- Payment Information: Billing address, GSTIN, and payment details processed through our payment gateway partner. We do not store card numbers or CVV on our servers.
- Communications: Messages you send to us via the contact form, email, or WhatsApp.

- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the platform, and interaction patterns.

- Messaging Provider for WhatsApp communication and flows
- Email Delivery Service for transactional emails
- CRM Platform for guest data management
- Cloud Workspace for data processing and form collection
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality protections.
