This Privacy Policy describes how Rise Nebula ("we", "us", "our"), operating under the brand name delegatIQ, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our managed event platform and related services (collectively, the "Services").

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and designation when you register or contact us.
  • Event Guest Data: Guest names, email addresses, phone numbers, travel preferences, dietary requirements, passport details, Aadhaar details, and other information collected through registration forms or WhatsApp flows on behalf of event organizers.
  • Payment Information: Billing address, GSTIN, and payment details processed through our payment gateway partner. We do not store card numbers or CVV on our servers.
  • Communications: Messages you send to us via the contact form, email, or WhatsApp.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the platform, and interaction patterns.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the delegatIQ platform and Services.
  • To process event registrations, send invitations, confirmations, and reminders on behalf of event organizers.
  • To generate QR codes and facilitate event check-ins.
  • To process payments and generate GST-compliant invoices.
  • To communicate with you about your account, events, or support requests.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations under applicable Indian laws.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • Event Organizers: Guest data is shared with the event organizer (our client) who is responsible for the event you are attending or have been invited to.
  • Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services to operate delegatIQ:
    • Payment Gateway for secure payment processing
    • Messaging Provider for WhatsApp communication and flows
    • Email Delivery Service for transactional emails
    • CRM Platform for guest data management
    • Cloud Workspace for data processing and form collection
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality protections.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in India. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Access controls with role-based permissions
  • Regular security audits and monitoring
  • Secure password hashing

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 12 months after deletion.
  • Event guest data: Retained for the duration of the event engagement plus 6 months for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Payment records: Retained for 8 years as required under Indian tax laws.
  • Communication logs: Retained for 12 months.

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, you have the right to:

  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw your consent for data processing at any time. Note that this may affect your ability to use certain Services.
